Unlike broad-leaved relative lingularia species with large and few flower heads, Przewalskii has slender spires that truly are as beautiful as its foliage. Ligularia przewalskii prefers shade with sufficient moisture. If planted in partial shade, its leaves will flop downward as soon as direct sun hits them, only recovering once the sun moves away.
