Refund policy

The plants we sell do not have a right of exchange or return due to their delicate nature. However, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us via email at info@versoverde.fi. Orders canceled prior to shipping will be refunded, excluding any costs already incurred by us (such as payment processing fees). All other e-commerce products have a standard 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. You are responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.

Plants and Living Products (Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items)

Because living plants are perishable and delicate products, they are not eligible for exchange or return under the Consumer Protection Act once they have been successfully delivered. However, if you notice any damage or issues with a plant immediately after transit, please read the "Damages and Issues" section below.

Return Policy for Other Products (Items, Accessories, etc.)

To be eligible for a return on non-living products, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@versoverde.fi. Please note that approved returns must be sent to the address we provide you during the return request process. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt (especially living plants). Contact us right away at info@versoverde.fi (preferably with a photograph) if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or clearly non-viable upon arrival. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right by providing either a replacement or a refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the statutory product-specific exceptions mentioned above (such as living plants), if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@versoverde.fi.
